These bowls held up for 4 years and now they are at the end of their life. We use them for everything like soup, salad, snacks and other uses. They put up behind put in the microwave and high-temp dish washer on sanitize. I think that our use and abuse was more than these bowls were meant for and for the price they held up well.
Light weight, but can handle a lot of food piled on. I love how they don't heat up with the rest of the food. Makes a great bowl to eat from the couch with.
